Début de carrière fin des années 50 auprès de son futur mari, Ike Turner.

Un physique de tigresse, cette infatigable féline déchire tout... En 1969, le couple fera la première partie des Rolling Stones, le succès est mondial.

1971.

Après les hauts viennent aussi et surtout les bas : particulièrement frustré par le manque de succès, Ike, volage et violent, prend goût à agripper la crinière... et, pire encore.

Dans le milieu des années 70, la jeune femme quitte le domicile conjugal, et divorce. Grande traversée du désert avant son grand retour sur scène dans les années 80.

Tina Turner, simply the Best, reste une légende du Rock.
